Permanent & full-time working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As an Apprenticeship Assessor with Pearson TQ, you will be responsible for delivering training, observing and supporting Ministry of Defence Medical personnel in the completion of their Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship standard. Your role will include supporting the completion of the Care Certificate, carrying out observations, assessment of knowledge and gathering evidence to complete the diploma and carry out reviews on their progression. You will ensure your learner is supported and prepared for End Point Assessment, within the required timelines.
You will liaise with the Unit Coordinator, providing updates and feedback on the progress of service personnel throughout their Apprenticeship programme. You will provide updates to your manager to ensure data systems are maintained.
You will carry out observations of practice with learners within your region, travel may be required as part of your role. Quality is key therefore you will participate in quality monitoring and standardisation and uphold Awarding Body and MOD Apprenticeship standards.
Our Successful Candidate
Sector specific qualification - minimum Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Care.
TAQA (A1, D32/33).
It would also be an advantage to have a Teaching qualification.
