In an ever-changing Higher Education product development landscape, as Content Developer, you will be an integral team member working with authors and subject matter experts to re-imagine and create learning content within a digital context to ensure it meets customer needs and is of the highest quality.
This role will be multi-faceted, working on current titles, updates of content between editions, and importantly, the integration and creation of content within our new platform CITE. All this whilst maintaining the accuracy, integrity and authority of the content from its original state.
As Content Developer, you will be a highly-skilled communicator, adaptable to the needs of customers and internal requirements, able to juggle numerous projects at different stages simultaneously, and be confident in your ability to translate market needs into content requirements within a digital platform.
Experience in developing e-learning content for educational technology
Work with a range of content creation tools and templates and be confident explaining how to use these to others
Balance the demands of multiple projects at different stages of development maintaining quality and consistency across them all
Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, utilised to inspire, persuade and manage expectations
Experience implementing processes for reviewing and testing that content is accurate
