Training & GTM Developer

Description

Purpose of the position

This position participates in planning, designing and developing communications & learning objects specific to external & internal audiences for the purpose of raising awareness, increasing knowledge, and to equip abilities to adopt educational products & services in support of the achievement of organizational and learning goals.

Core tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop e-learning communications & curriculum in both online and offline formats;

  • Align communication & curriculum to expressed program & change management goals;

  • Identify innovative strategies to meet the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement (ADKAR) requirements of the audience & program;

  • Develop relationships across various departments such as Product Management, School Services, Marketing and Family Services.

  • Be involved in shaping product & service development decisions and requirements through user research and competitive analysis.

  • Helps to ensure the quality of the tasks and advice provided by self and others

  • Performs complex analyses and makes standard and non-standard decisions and/or recommendations with minimal supervision.

  • Solves problems by identifying and selecting solutions using acquired technical expertise

Key relationships

  • Applies expertise relatively independently and guides more junior colleague

  • Demonstrates expertise in own discipline and awareness of work in related areas

  • Demonstrates understanding of how own area integrates within the wider Line of Business, Geography, or Enabling Function

  • Impacts a range of project, operational and customer processes and activities within own team

Training / Competencies

Experience

  • Maintains effective relationships within own and related areas

  • Communicates highly complex information to colleagues in a way that can be easily understood

  • Performs complex analyses and makes standard and non-standard decisions and/or recommendations with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years e-learning development experience, including experience developing digital learning assets & experiences

  • Experience of project management in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment

  • Basic HTML and web skills essential.

  • Thorough understanding of information architecture principles and practices

  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Educational Management Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principle
